Cleveland Road - Utility Crossing and Closure Cleveland Rd. will be closed from Fir to Capital (Gurley Leep project) from July 6 - 31 with all construction to the east of the Juday Creek Estates entrance. We will have ongoing access from the west (Fir Rd.) and occasional access from the east (Capital Ave.) by driving around the barricades throughout the project.
